These Terms of Use, together with any acceptable use policies or guidelines posted on Resume10x.com, and our Privacy Policy (collectively, the “Agreement”) govern your access and use of Resume10x.com and any related Resume10x.com-branded mobile applications that we may make available from time to time (collectively, the “Service”). This Agreement is a legally binding contract between you (“you” or “your”) and us.

Use: Accessing, viewing, engaging with, browsing, crawling, or scraping the Service or its Content.

User: Any person or entity who engages in Use.

Content: Materials, text, visuals, videos, personality exercises, etc., on the Service.

You must be over 18, or have legal guardian consent, to use the Service. If you’re under 18, please do not use Resume10x.

If using on behalf of an organization, you must have authorization to bind that organization to these Terms.

We may update this Agreement at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and apply immediately. Continued use means acceptance of the changes.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and all activity under your account.

We may allow third-party logins (Google, Facebook, etc.). Unauthorized use must be reported immediately.

We may change or discontinue the Service at any time. If canceled mid-subscription, you will be refunded for unused time.

We may block or report misuse to authorities. We’re not responsible for monitoring users.

The Service and Content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by law. If you send us feedback, you grant us the right to use and sublicense it without restriction.

• Don’t harass, impersonate, or misuse the platform
• Don’t use it for commercial purposes without consent
• Don’t send harmful code or run scraping bots
• Don’t access other users’ data or disrupt operations

Trial subscriptions may convert into paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends. Charges will appear as Resume10x.com.

You may cancel anytime. If not canceled, recurring charges apply monthly until you stop.

You may request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. Refunds may go to the original payment method, which could affect your access.

Billing is handled by a third-party processor. Failed payments may result in suspension of access.

We may suspend or terminate access at any time. If you are terminated not for a violation, you may receive a pro-rated refund. Some terms survive termination.

The Service is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties and are not liable for any issues beyond the amount you paid in the last 30 days.

You agree to indemnify Resume10x and affiliates from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of this Agreement.

We may link or integrate with third-party platforms. We are not responsible for their content or terms.

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive participation in any class action lawsuits.

By using the Service, you consent to receive legally required communications by email.
